    As we are getting closer to the 19th September and the end of the 12 week training programme, this is where the real challenge begins of keeping the momentum and fitness that you have built up over the last 12 weeks going.

    I see quite a few of you have entered races to help keep yourself motivated and focussed having something to work towards is a must. There are also the parkruns which a know most of you have ran, also we have the added challenge of the weather beginning to turn and the days becoming shorter which makes getting out for that run even more of a challenge, my coach use to say “the first step out of the front door is the hardest !

    P.S I have never got back from a run yet and regretted it !
