the best way to keep hydrated is to drink little and often ……….
If you suddenly decide to drink a pint of something just before you go out it will likely swash about in your tummy and won’t be very comfy ……. ( a small amount won’t matter )
So just drink regular amounts throughout your day and a test is to look at the colour of your wee to make sure you are hydrated …….
It should be very pale if you are well hydrated ….. if it is dark in colour you need to drink more
