    Just a little note that I’m putting on as general discussion as nobody seem to be looking at our coaching notes ☹️☹️…….

    We are in for a hot few days so just ensure that you drink lots to keep yourself hydrated ………….

    The hotter weather may slow you down but it’s important to still get your bum out the door ……..

    Keep moving but equally …. Keep yourselves safe ❤️

    Hi sally
    No it’s not silly at all ……..

    We always want to help alleviate any worries to make this programne as enjoyable and successful as possible for you
    the best way to keep hydrated is to drink little and often ……….
    If you suddenly decide to drink a pint of something just before you go out it will likely swash about in your tummy and won’t be very comfy ……. ( a small amount won’t matter )
    So just drink regular amounts throughout your day and a test is to look at the colour of your wee to make sure you are hydrated …….

    It should be very pale if you are well hydrated ….. if it is dark in colour you need to drink more
