    Go on ….
You CAN DO IT …… πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒ

Make that leap to success !!

You have a great supportive team of your MacOutreach Buddies and coaches to hold your hands and encourage …. Motivate you ….

Your coaches have all been in the same position as you … taking those first tentative steps to a fitter and healthier lifestyle ( even Paul Evans who went on to be an Olympian and WINNER of the Chicago Marathon !
…. There was a time when we were all relieved when the whistle was blown to allow us a walk break …..
but we all had the courage to continue ….. and ultimately that has changed our lives for the better

We are totally committed to building your confidence and helping you feel better about those long homework’s ….

With this in mind Baz Goldstone and me would like to invite you all to join us at Nowton Park Bury St Edmunds this Sunday 29 August for your long homework ( which will be 75 minutes )

We will be kind and have a slightly later start time of 10am ( gives you the chance to get to Bury and we are going to a party the night before πŸ˜‰)

8 of you joined us yesterday and we undoubtedly saw an increase in confidence in you all and some great results too πŸ˜ŠπŸ˜Šβ€¦.. it was good to have the opportunity to chat / socialise afterwards with a bacon buttie too !

    Whoop whoop

    Keep believing
    Never give up
    Never give in

We realise it’s a bank holiday weekend but it would be good if as many of you as possible could join us both …..

Who’s going to come along and join the fun ?? Please let us know 😘😘

    ( parking , toilets and cafΓ© available )
