    Its all relation whether you are new to running or you are an Olympic athlete, it crucial you nail that pace that is right for you, this is easier said that done especally if you are new to running, my tip would be to adopt what I call the (talk test) strategy. If you can’t run and hold a conversation then you should slow down or have a walk until you get your breath back, the best strategy to adopt is to treat the early part of your run as a gentle warm and then work up into that nice (talk test) pace.

    The best coach you will ever have is yourself, always listen to your body (train don’t strain !)
