Well there is just 30 days until we all take part in the Guinness World record attempt for the most people running a 10k challenge on the same day. Everyone is more than capable of completing it and all the coaches will be with you all the way.
In this respect it’s time to get used to recording the distance you run as we have to individually input this on the day we complete the run. You don’t need to have a watch that records distance as this can be done on many smartphones. If you haven’t a phone that records your distance walked or run then I would suggest that you download Strava( a free app) to get used to this before the day.
Just to confirm homework this week is
short Run =30 minutes
Long run =70 minutes.
