Really well done to everyone last night , just your third session and already Run walking over 4K . So so pleased and the interaction within the group is so very good .
Just to confirm this weeks homework
Short Run =25 minutes
Long Run = 55 minutes
on both sessions if you can manage 3 minutes running and one minute walking that would be excellent. The main thing is not to walk for more than a minute as it’s much easier to start running again with shorter walk breaks. If you feel it’s a little to much to do three minutes running then reduce this time rather than extend the walking time.
