Another great run at Felixstowe on Tuesday evening. It’s great to see how far everyone has come these last few weeks.
after a run if we haven’t used those muscles for some time ( this is me speaking personally) we can often feel a soreness/ stiffness in them the following day. It’s quite normal as what is happening are little tiny muscle fibres tear and are knitting together  again and becoming stronger. Use something like Biofreeze on the soreness and it soon  goes away and a gentle walk will also help.
Muscle pain is usually defined as a sharp pain which occurs during the exercise.
Anyway this week’s homework

Short Run=30 minutes

Long Run 1 hour 10 minutes.

I know I keep on but try and keep walk breaks down to 60 seconds and listen to your body. If you feel stressed then just reduce the length of time of the run.
