    please don’t worry about anything … we are all very approachable and absolutely committed to you all achieving your goals and having a good time too 😃

Tomorrow will be a short training session and a chance to get to know your buddies and coaches better

please bring with you :


a sense of FUN

A bottle of water / squash to keep yourself hydrated

a small hand towel ( just in case you get a bit sweaty / damp )

a warm top to put on afterwards to keep you from getting cold

some money ( the bar at the rugby club is open apparently )

a face mask and hand sanitiser

a BIG SMILE to greet Us all 😉


please ensure that you have had something to eat at least an hour beforehand …. Something easy to digest … a banana , flap jack , milk shake , yoghurt , iced bun ….. NOT ALL  THESE as you won’t be able to move if you eat all that 😂😂…… a bag of chips and a kebab is NOT a good idea 😉


Yes …. We DO know that footie is on and weather not great ….. but we will be there so hope to see you all too

please advise Carol EARLY if you are not going to attend for any reason .
